Tucker L. Böhm, LEED, AP Vice President / Preconstruction Manager

Working closely with the development and construction departments of Daimler, Tucker Böhm is responsible for the coordination of preconstruction activities, from the selection of the consultant team through the start of construction. The preconstruction process is critical to the completion of a project on time and on budget. Working with diverse teams of architects, engineers, and clients, Tucker is able to coordinate the various professionals to ensure a successful project. His breadth of experience has been instrumental in ensuring that each project results in an effective and efficient construction process and a product that meets the specific needs of the end user.
