The Shumaker Apartments is almost ready for residents! The Daimler team is finishing up this historic restoration in Lancaster, Ohio.
Originally the Fairfield Shoe Co., the building now has 60 residential units as well as commercial space available for lease.

The second phase of Birch Creek Flats is well underway in Canal Winchester! Framing is complete on all buildings and interior walls are starting to form. The first apartments in the 186-unit complex will come online in the fall!

Daimler's construction team wrapped up the 45,000 square foot build out for Rev1 Ventures for a January move in! The modern and exciting suite features conference and event space, numerous amenities and incubator space for growing companies.

Right before the holidays, the Daimler team turned over the first floors of the 37 W Broad renovation. These shots from Floors 5 and 10 show the completion of an extensive project to modernize the space for the new tenants.
The team continues to work on the remaining floors, which are ...scheduled for turnover in the coming months. Can't wait to see the finished product!
