Steve Hill Project Superintendent
In his role as superintendent, Steve is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the site, including the coordination of subcontractor work, safety, budget maintenance, scheduling of work, processing change order requests, shop drawings, management of building inspections, and coordinating weekly job site meetings. Steve brings a variety of experience to the Daimler team with his experience in multi-tenant office, medical, residential, commercial, multi-family, and industrial projects. He is responsible for the coordination of subcontractor work, safety, budget maintenance, scheduling, contracts, change orders, shop drawings, and aids in estimating.
