As Chief Executive Officer of Daimler, Robert White, Jr. oversees all new business development and marketing efforts for Daimler, working closely with a team of experts who are widely known throughout the industry for their solutions-based approach to each project, large or small. Bob Jr. manages and maintains relationships with Daimler’s new and existing clients and participates in the process of site selection, building design, lease negotiation and documentation, for Daimler. He has leased in excess of two million square feet. Bob Jr.’s experience in the development and leasing of Daimler’s projects for nearly two decades has provided him with a wide variety of skill sets. These enable him to successfully partake in the many facets of the real estate process such as executing a 1,500 sf lease transaction or completing a complex corporate headquarter project that requires the coordination of countless team members and guidance through the entire development process.
