Paige McClellan Asset Manager - Finance

As part of the Asset Management team, Paige monitors the financial capacity of Daimler’s real estate portfolio.  As a Certified Public Accountant, Paige single-handedly manages the tax process for Daimler’s 80+ entities.  For Daimler – owned projects, Paige collects equity funding, coordinates with and reports back to investors, both individuals and organizations, as well as manages the distribution process.   Paige reviews tax consequences of development decisions, manages and reviews all financial statements and coordinates with the development team on project financial structures.
