Mike Klemann Project Superintendent

Mike has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, working on commercial, residential and multi-family projects. In the past eight years, Mike’s area of specialization has been grocery and retail projects. As a superintendent, he is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the site. Mike works with the project manager and construction team to develop a detailed understanding of the scope of work, the plans and specifications. He assists with value engineering during the construction phase, and closely monitors the performance of the work to assure quality and compliance with the construction documents. His experience and expertise help him to monitor the construction schedule to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner without incurring unnecessary cost and overtime.
