Justin Bates Vice President - Construction

Justin is involved in many aspects of the construction process as a Project Manager. He oversees the entire process from preconstruction, estimating, and working with the architect on preliminary designs to bidding, awarding, and managing subcontractors on multiple projects. He role also involves scheduling, budget tracking, field supervision and in some instances, to serve as the Owner’s Representative. While earning his degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University’s College of Engineering, he gained experience working in an architectural firm before transitioning to the construction management and general contracting practices. His familiarity with various architectural and construction management software programs are a valuable resource to him and his associates.
