John A. Derzon Senior Vice President

Since joining Daimler in 1988, John has managed and maintained relationships with Daimler’s clients. He specializes in the leasing and sale of properties and has leased in excess of 4 million square feet. He participates in the planning and implementation of marketing and development strategies for the company. John is also involved in the creation of new development opportunities and the leasing/sale of existing projects. He assists in site selection, building design and lease negotiations.
