Jeff Krebs Executive Vice President - Construction

As Executive Vice President, Jeff takes the drawings from conception; works with the architect, engineers, and owner to control their effection feasibility and costs; bids; analyses proposals; purchases; awards subcontracts; and manages the field operations of all portions of the work. He closely monitors the project schedule and project budget for timely completion of the project within the established parameters. Jeff has worked in the construction industry for nearly two decades. Having worked as both a construction manager and general contractor, he has acquired extensive experience in project development and construction management. His construction experience includes the construction of various building types totaling nearly $250 million.
