Heather Hiller General Counsel / Senior Vice President

As General Counsel/Senior Vice President, Heather is responsible for all of Daimler’s legal affairs, advising the company in all facets of real estate development, including preconstruction and development activities, project management and operation, and the negotiation and documentation of leasing, lending, acquisition, and disposition transactions. As a member of the company’s development team, Ms. Hiller oversees every stage of the development process. Ms. Hiller joined Daimler in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience. Heather uses her numerous years of real estate law experience to guide the Daimler team in complex legal transactions, development, and preconstruction activities, overseeing the full spectrum of the real estate investment life cycle.
