Eric Sardinha Project Superintendent

In his capacity as a superintendent, Eric develops a detailed understanding of the scope of work, the plans and specifications, assists with value engineering during the construction phase, and closely monitors the performance of the work to assure quality and compliance with the construction documents. To ensure successful projects, Eric coordinates the performance of all subcontractors including the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work and installation and reviews all shop drawings and plans. He closely monitors the construction schedule to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner without incurring unnecessary cost and overtime. Finally, to help keep focus on financial stability of projects, he interfaces with the project manager and monitors costs for the project. Eric has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and has served as a superintendent for Daimler for the past seven years, working on medical, commercial, residential, multi-family, and industrial projects.
