Dan Fraley Project Superintendent

Dan has worked in the construction industry for over 28 years, working on healthcare, residential, commercial, multi-family, and industrial projects. Dan been a Superintendent with Daimler for eleven years. He is responsible for the coordination of subcontractor work, safety, budget maintenance, scheduling, contracts, change orders, shop drawings, and aids in estimating. In his role as Superintendent, Dan develops a detailed understanding of the scope of work, plans and specifications, assists with value engineering during the construction phase, and closely monitors the performance of the work to ensure quality and compliance with the construction documents.
