Chris Merz Project Superintendent

Chris has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and has served as a superintendent for 21 years, working on medical, commercial, residential, multi-family, and industrial projects. In his capacity as a superintendent, he is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the site, including the coordination of subcontractor work, safety, budget maintenance, scheduling of work, processing change order requests, shop drawings, management of building inspections, and coordinating weekly job site meetings.
