Daimler's multi-family construction team is currently wrapping up @birchcreekflats in Canal Winchester. The clubhouse opened for leasing in August and the model unit is currently open for tours!

Daimler's own Matt Canterbury spoke last week at @cogence_alliance - the panel discussed the anatomy of a development deal and how the design and construction teams can work together to make a project run more smoothly. Great work, Matt!

Paul spoke with current students about his work in the development of commercial real estate and encouraged students to follow in that path.

Progress continues on Birch Creek Apartments in Canal Winchester! The clubhouse and leasing office are open for tours and preleasing has already begun!
