Another skill set that we provide our clients is assistance with land acquisition, zoning and entitlement. Over the last four decades, we have acquired more than two thousand acres of ground and have positioned this ground for commercial development. With our depth of experience, we are able to help clients navigate through the development process from concept to the start of construction.
The Daimler team includes a number of experts qualified to help with legal requirements and zoning regulations. Daimler has strong, long-standing relationships with many of Ohio’s municipalities allowing us to guide clients through the land development process.
