America’s Floor Source HQ

The Daimler Group has successfully completed the construction of an impressive new $30MM, 264,000 sf HQ for America’s Floor Source on Stelzer Rd. This state-of-the-art facility features 48,000 sf of corporate offices and training spaces, 31,000 sf of stylish design and retail showrooms accessible to the public, and an expansive 185,000 sf of industrial warehousing space. Notably, the project also involved the creation of a new intersection on Stelzer at the main entrance to the property.
