Charlie Adams Senior Vice President - Finance

As Senior Vice President, Charlie focuses on Development and Asset Management. Charlie is responsible for development and redevelopment projects, transactional work across the portfolio including financing and dispositions, as well as overseeing all investment partnerships, day-to-day property operations, and entity financials. He has past work experience at a publicly-traded real estate investment trust as well as management consulting. He possesses a diverse skillset which include a mix of financial analysis, project management, problem-solving, and strong communication that enables him to handle projects from beginning to end.
