Todd Westover Project Superintendent

Todd has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and as a Superintendent for over 27 years. He has experience in single and multi-family residential, office, educational, student housing, medical, healthcare, retail and extensive site work projects. As a superintendent, he is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the site. Todd works with the project manager and construction team to develop a detailed understanding of the scope of work, the plans and specifications. He assists with value engineering during the construction phase, and closely monitors the performance of the work to assure quality and compliance with the construction documents. His experience includes 80 on the Commons, Easton Market, MS Consultants Office Building, Home Depot and an Intermediate School for Hamilton Local Schools to name a few. This experience helps Todd continue to deliver each project on time and within the proposed budget.
