Paul G. Ghidotti President

As President, Paul focuses primarily on the company’s development and preconstruction activities including site selection, land acquisition, plan / zoning approval, entity formation, project financing, contract negotiation and execution. Paul is responsible for identification of Daimler’s land development opportunities. With an educational background in finance and law as well as a wide array of work experience, Paul brings a broad range of expertise and knowledge to the real estate development process. He is able to use his skills to structure and formulate creative solutions to unique and challenging real estate projects.
