Vera on Broad

The project will consist of two buildings: a renovated existing historic building facing Broad Street, and a new, adjacent eleven-story building that faces Grant Avenue. The tower will include three floors of parking and five floors of residential space. Mostly one-bedroom units, there will be 114 apartments in total, 1,900 square feet of retail space, nearly 6,000 square feet of office space, and even a rooftop deck.
