Nicholas Nowell Project Superintendent

Nicholas has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years multi-family projects. In his capacity as a superintendent, he is responsible for the day-to-day construction activity on the site, including the coordination of subcontractor work, safety, budget maintenance, scheduling of work, processing change order requests, shop drawings, management of building inspections, and coordinating weekly job site meetings.
