In his capacity as a superintendent, John works with the owner, architect and engineers to provide a detailed understanding of the scope of work, the plans and specifications. John uses his 41 years of expertise to assist with value engineering during the construction phase, and closely monitors the performance of the work to assure quality and compliance with the construction documents to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
