The Peninsula Office

Scioto Peninsula is an exciting new mixed-use project in downtown Columbus, adjacent to Franklinton and will consist of 230,000 square feet of Class A commercial office/retail space, a new hotel with 180 keys and full-service restaurant and roof top bar.
