White Oak Partners Office

Almost immediately prior to the onset of the COVID pandemic, Daimler began discussions with White Oak Partners to be the anchor tenant of the Offices at Hamilton Quarter building, taking the full top floor at approximately 30,000 square feet. Construction continued in tandem with the base building, and White Oak was able to move into their space in February of 2022. The space features an open floor plan along with expansive meeting or training space. Employee amenities include a large breakroom and patio for open-air meetings.
