Westar Neighborhood Retail Center

As one of the earliest builders in the Polaris area, Daimler was able to successfully lead the development of two neighborhood retail centers located on close approximately 5 acres of land at the corners of Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Avenue. The company coordinated all municipal approvals as well as estimating, budgeting and scheduling. Daimler engaged and managed a design and engineering team of highly-qualified consultants to deliver the projects on-time and on-budget. With their attractive brick, stone and glass exterior, the finished construction complements the surrounding shops in the area.
