When Sarnova, a leading medical supply company, acquired the building at 5000 Bradenton Ave. in Dublin, Ohio, they envisioned more than just a renovation—they aimed to create a cutting-edge facility that reflected their technological leadership. To bring this vision to life, they turned to Daimler, the original contractor of the building and project manager for multiple remodels over the years.

With design led by MA Design, the transformation began in late 2024, focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and modern functionality. The renovation was comprehensive: every major system—from HVAC to elevators—was upgraded, and a rooftop solar array was installed to power the building sustainably. These efforts earned the project LEED Silver Certification, underscoring its commitment to environmental responsibility. The result is a state-of-the-art workplace that not only supports Sarnova’s growth but also contributes to the region’s economic vitality through innovation, job creation, and long-term operational efficiency.
