The Daimler Group undertook a comprehensive renovation project for Rea & Associates, tasked with revitalizing a two-story, 45,000 square foot office space nestled on Frantz Road in Dublin, Ohio. Beyond a mere tenant improvement, the project encompassed a thorough modernization initiative, highlighted by the replacement of two 90-ton rooftop units, pivotal components for the entire HVAC system, alongside the installation of a new roof.
