After evaluating the success of other retail centers The Daimler Group had developed in the Dublin area, Daimler decided to develop an additional center on approximately 3 acres of land. This single-story, 14,507 sf retail center is located in close proximity to the Dublin Methodist Hospital, a Kroger grocery and surrounding businesses. This thriving center is anchored by a Starbucks. Additional tenants include Dewey’s Pizza, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Hand & Stone Spa.
