Thanks to its creativity, market intelligence and relationships, Daimler was able to structure an aggressive rental package and negotiate a municipal incentive package that allowed Mac Tools to relocate and consolidate its operations in an easily accessible, high-profile location in Westerville. By reconfiguring an existing speculative office building, Daimler managed to accommodate Mac Tool’s logistics and warehousing needs, including a loading dock and parking lot that can handle commercial tractor trailers which are uncommon in suburban mid-rise office settings.
