Easter Seals

When Easter Seals outgrew its aging and outdated facility on The Children’s Hospital Campus, it had a waiting list of hundreds. Easter Seals contacted Daimler to provide a complete design-build solution that encompassed various services such as site selection, acquisition, municipal approvals and incentive negotiations. Daimler also provided planning, design and construction services while at the same time providing bridge financing at below market rates for their 22,000 square foot building.
