Burgess and Niple Office

Designed by MA Design, the nearly 45,000 square foot space leased by engineering firm Burgess and Niple encompasses two floors in the building and takes full advantage of the unparalleled views of the Columbus skyline.

Daimler’s construction team orchestrated the build out of the space while simultaneously completing the building’s core and  shell. The result is an impressive layout boasting a spacious conference and training space conveniently located off the lobby, resulting in a grandiose entrance. This multifunctional space seamlessly extends into the breakroom through an industrial garage door, while the breakroom itself integrates the exterior balcony, fostering a harmonious indoor-outdoor connection.

Construction was completed on this project in July of 2022 in tandem with the balance of the building, with an expansion space of 15,000 sf completed in 2024.
