Brick House Blue – Innovate New Albany

As the City of New Albany continuously seeks to support growing businesses within its bounds, it chose Daimler’s Water’s Edge property for the site of a Brick House Blue co-working space.  This 103,000 square foot building had been underutilized following the pandemic, and the vacant first floor was the optimal choice to be transformed into a sleek, modern space with plenty of amenities for the variety of Brick House Blue members.

The 23,000 square foot renovation features office and conference space, meeting and event space as well as ancillary lounge and kitchen areas.  The space also features a pub-style bar and a golf simulator for events.
