1480 Lane Avenue

After responding to a competitive RFP for the relocation of Ohio State University’s Development Department, the team of Daimler and Kohr Royer Griffith took on the complex redevelopment of the site now known as 1480 Lane Avenue. The site was previously occupied by two buildings that needed to be vacated, then demolished, to create a stabilized clean site to allow for the development of this Class A office building. In partnership with the City of Upper Arlington, Daimler/KRG created a 55,000 sf building that would house nearly 150 employees, bringing a significant payroll to the City that far exceeded what was being created by the two older facilities.
