Mixed Use

The same sound market fundamentals and rigorous analyses that Daimler uses to assess medical, office and technical developments contribute to our success in developing and marketing financially sound, aesthetically appealing and well located mixed use projects. We focus on neighborhood and office park retail centers with the appropriate mix of tenants in the right location to capitalize on emerging growth patterns. 

Our portfolio includes downtown developments such as 250 High and the anticipated Two25 Commons, urban infill projects like the Lofts on High and suburban centers like Avery Place. We take a comprehensive approach, which includes site selection, land planning, construction and leasing. With our experience, knowledge and relationships we can navigate the complex governmental approval process and take advantage of the latest incentive programs.
